LMF supplies self-sustaining, fully-automated compressor systems for the production of nitrogen from ambient air, with a freely selectable purity between 90 and 98 %.

With the compound unit concept proven in over 600 installations and equipped with a modular membrane package, it is possible to ideally combine top capacities with the low weight and small dimensions mobile units require. This weight-optimised design allows the mobile usage of containerised systems, mounted on truck-chassis frames or articulated trucks. Depending on the relevant model, the robust design allows its usage under extreme environmental conditions, from extreme heat at +50 °C to extreme cold down to -40 °C.

The entire, fully functional unit is installed in one single, compact container. That saves the complicated combination of components to one fully functional unit under the difficult environmental conditions often found in oil fields. After transport to the site of operation, the units are immediately and fully functional.

The comprehensive unit operation and monitoring concept guarantees the highest possible reliability at the lowest possible operating and maintenance costs. On request an additional workplace can be installed in the truck driving cab, from where all functions of the compressor unit can be fully operated.
