Project Management Office
The Project Management Office, in short PMO, is already involved in the projects in the sales phase, manages and coordinates them and acts as a single point of communication to the customer until the equipment is finally handed over. To ensure customer satisfaction, the PMO acts as a link between the individual departments and is responsible for planning and monitoring deadlines, costs and quality.
The PMO is also responsible for the planning and coordination of service activities such as commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting. This seamless transition from construction to operation of the equipment ensures that feedback from the service staff in the field can be incorporated into new orders continuously.
After the successful commissioning of a compressor, the PMO continues to support our customers through product-trained service coordinators with outstanding experience in the event of problems.
