Order planning

To ensure a smooth planning process and adherence to schedules, the order planning department plans and controls the entire  
production with our modern ERP system, which is specially adapted to our requirements.

The preparation of work plans, taking into account drawings as well as test, inspection and welding plans and special customer
requirements, is carried out via multi-screen workstations, almost paperless.

In order to recognize and counteract bottlenecks in good time, capacity planning is carried out weekly by the order planning
department.

Our modern PDA data collection system and data feedback allow for daily planning and fast, uncomplicated rescheduling.

In weekly project progress meetings with project management, purchasing, engineering and quality assurance, deadlines for the
entire production, assembly and test stand are updated and coordinated.
