Electrical Engineering

• Switchgear and control systems for compressor units are designed with expertise, taking into account all levels of automation technology from field to control technology
• Depending on the application control cabinets are available in explosion-proof design
• Thanks to decades of experience in the design and construction of control cabinets in accordance with IEC and customer standards. LMF has access to a wide range of expertise and always works with the latest technology
• A dedicated team of E&I fitters installs the equipment during packaging and carries out all cabling and testing, shortening on-site activities and resulting in trouble-free commissioning

Control Engineering

• At LMF headquarters specialists program and develop the software for fully automatically controlled compressor systems
• Before commissioning, software simulation is used to precisely simulate the plant behavior in order to detect software errors
• The visualization of the compressor system provides the operator with a quick overview of all system components and parameters and enables adaptation to the process
• Broad experience with different control and safety systems such as Simatic S7/PCS7, ABB, B&R, Allen Bradley

Remote Diagnostics

• Experts at the LMF headquarters provide support via our own remote maintenance system for commissioning, troubleshooting, data analysis for compressor systems worldwide.
